Maybe I’ve got that wrong in the transalation. Should have been “His Pants”. According to the Telegraph
Fans blamed his first serve, his youth and his all-powerful opponent, but Andy Murray has hinted that the reason he failed to break Britain’s epic on court losing streak at the Australian Open final was related to something slightly more intimate. Andy said - I don’t really know what I’m trying to say, but basically my hip is fine. It was just the cycling shorts were too tight.
Here’s hoping Andy can do Scotland ( and Britain) a favour and win tomorrow against Roger Federer in the Australian Open final. We are desperately in need of a change to good news.
The final is live on various channels including BBC1 from 8am our time On Sunday morning. I’ll be trying to catch it on iPlayer on my mobile.
Vote here to say if Andy Murray is British or Scottish as he goes into the Australian Final. I suspect after losing to Federer early on Sunday he will be back to being Scottish, but there is still hope.
And please Gordon don’t wish him well or he will be “Jonahed”.
As I reported back on Thursday, The curse of Gordon Brown has struck Andy Murray at Wimbledon. After receiving praise from Jonah Brown, Andy Murray promptly went and lost in the semi-finals of Wimbledon. Whilst this was still a great achievement by Andy you just wander might have been if Jonah hadn’t been involved.
The curse of Jonah Brown is still of course affecting this whole country, there is only one thing we need and that is for Gordon to go.
Gordon Brown has effectively killed off any hope of Andy Murray winning Wimbledon by wishing him all the best and saying he is “awesomely skilful”. Watch as Murray is doomed not to win Wimbledon
