If you can’t understand your own Laws you shouldn’t be Attorney General

It’s pretty simple if you can’t manage to follow your own laws, then you shouldn’t be in charge of them.

If Baroness Scotland, the Attorney General, can’t follow the rules she helped draft, then she should resign forthwith and no amount of dithering from “Feartie”  Brown should be used as an excuse not to resign.

She insisted that she had made only a “technical breach” of the law in employing Loloahi Tapui, a Tongan national who overstayed on a student visa by five years in her apology which sounds like an excuse rather than an apology, but as she has learned ignorance/stupidity/inability  is no defence.
